Dirty and noisy Was in town for the Badger Game. Checked in late (after midnight). Front desk person was very confused. Maybe drunk. Room was dirty and the building isnt insulated for noise very well. Did NOT sleep well because of this. I would only recommend this place for tradesman working construction in the area. Otherwise, go further out on game day. Ugh!

We we charged 300 dollars for one night in a room that should not have cost more than 100 dollars a night. I understand there was a game that night so rooms obviously cost more but the mark up was grossly over-estimated. Felt taken advantage off as a customer.

Better Bang 4 Your Buck Can Be Had Bedding was filthy and when I requested more was given a hard time.

Poorly equipped I have never stayed at an Extended Stay America before so this was a new experience and I was only staying for one night. I arrived at the hotel at about 8:15 and checked in. The front desk clerk was pleasant. I went to my room, got settled into bed and read for an hour and then decided to watch TV and couldn't find the remote. I called the front desk and she said she had them down there and I could come down and get one (why wouldn't she have given it to me upon check in?). So I got dressed and went down and... read more

Out dated , needs upgrading For the same price, i found a room at the Marriot for the next two nights which exceded Extended Stay America greatly. Hallway floor in staircase had dried spilled coffee, found 1st floor window open when checking in.

Not a good night's sleep Chintzy décor is forgivable, since the bed was firmly comfortable. However, our sleep was disturbed throughout the night by noises inside our suite and out. Walls MUST be "paper thin" to have heard sounds all night. Holes in drapery dashed my hope for sleeping in. Not a good night's sleep at all, so we will NOT be returning, no matter what the price. Staff merely suggested we have a nice day as we checked out. No one inquired how we slept/ if we'd enjoyed our stay.

Madison Location The floor had not been washed in quite a while. The pillows were hard. The "non smoking" room smelt of cigarette smoke. The environment seemed more like "rent a room for a night" type of environment. I did not feel comfortable here and people were outside partying late into the night. I would probably not stay here again.

Ants on bed. We checked in and left after 20 mins. Room had a smell and there were ants crawling on the beds. Couldn't actually check out because reservation was made through Expedia.
