Ants on bed. We checked in and left after 20 mins. Room had a smell and there were ants crawling on the beds. Couldn't actually check out because reservation was made through Expedia.

Fairly reasonable / good location, but no frills! We chose this hotel for location, aiming to be near a major event. Most area hotels were selling out fast. The accommodations were ample, but very generic. And several features of our room were in less-than-optimum condition. Also, we were a bit surprised to find the hotel had no fitness facility. central to where I needed to be There were multiple cigarette butts at the front of the hotel. the ash tray needs to be moved to a different area. The carpet on the third floor is disgusting. There was a large stain on the couch in my room. There was a very unpleasant smell when you got off the elevator on the third floor. Staff was friendly.

Not the best Was not the best hotel hair on towels pillows bad drain in bath sink very slow to drain just not a great experience.

Exstended Stay in Madison Wisc The room was clean and fine but the hallways were filthy. Also even though this was hotel was suppose to have everything necessary for an "extended stay", they were lacking coffee filters and a hair dryer which almost all hotels now provide.

Not worth the money we paid When we entered the hotel, the check in area and the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke covered by air freshener. When we entered our room, the floor in the kitchenette was sticky. I checked the bed and found several hairs in the sheets. Surprisingly, the bathroom was very clean. Apparently, this hotel offer very few basic services: no wake-up call; we had to request toilet paper; we had to take out your own trash and put it in a room that has an extremely foul smell; our room was never cleaned w... read more

A place to sleep, that is all. I though I would splurge on a kitchenette but the room had smoke-smelling sheets and ants. Glad I didn't have an extended stay.

Good room but don't count on internet The hotel is nice and in a nice area. Unfortunantly my stay was marred by the unusable internet connection. I had good to very good connection to their transmitter, but it was a rare occurance that I would actually get a web page. The front desk personnel were sympathetic, but didn't seem to be able to do anything about it. very poor hotel - not to stay there anymore We stayed two nights. Reception and receptionist were kind, clean and helpful, but the room was a total disappointment. The room was a smoking room, and smoking smell was really heavy. The fridge was noisy, and air con was old, updated and very noisy as well. Windows were broken, and we were not able to open them.
