Disappointed and Will NOT Recommend The lobby looked clean enough, but smelled like pets had solid in that area. This is distressing because this is where one should pick-up breakfast items and coffee. My room was not clean (Bathroom and kitchen floor were not clean that left me wondering what was on the carpet. The menu and TV channel listing in the room were dirty. Room wasn't clean Our bedding was stained and covered in hair. The hotel staff was very friendly and apologized. Maybe it was an honest mistake and someone just forgot to change the bedding. Overall, our stay was not pleasant.

Room dirty and I mean bedding gross. The manager at the front was so nice. He so patiently handled the person ahead of me whom asked multiple and repeated questions. I couldn't believe his level of professionalism. It took me over 30 minutes to get checked in. Had to stand because there wasn't seating for everyone. The room was disgusting. The skirting of the bed was soiled. The lighting,face plates, fridge and door knobs visibly were not wiped down.

Below average hotel, but great staff First off, the staff was very friendly and competent. There was no ice machine in the building and they gave us a few cups of ice from their personal fridge. On the other hand, the facility itself is decidedly below average. Our room smelled musty, the heat wasn't even on when we came in (on a 38 degree day), meaning that it was maybe 50 degrees in the room. Noisy No pool no spa. Granola bar and coffee for continental break fast. You can hear the people up stairs walking and the phone conversation at 1:20 a.m. from the room next door.

You get less than you pay for No towel exchange or room makeup. Breakfast is grab a bar or muffin. Non-existent wi-fi on any of my devices over the entire weekend (the front desk refers you to technical services and they couldn't make it work either...read other reviews on this). It's more like a cheap boarding room without the meals than a real hotel. Probably works for someone looking for just a pillow at night (though the bed was fairly uncomfortable).

Referral - I think NOT! This weekend, I had an opportunity to stay at the Extended Stay in Middleton (55 Junction). I was very disappointed with the slow WIFI, lack of breakfast, and as I was taking things to my car the cleaning lady says, are you guys done yet? WOW! I will not be staying there again as the Comfort Suites is second to none! Very bad experience this weekend!!

Blah Lodging is clean. Employees very nice. Kitchenette was not stocked with cooking implements. Internet is not free. TV remote did not work.
