The halls smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking hotel. We had dog hair in our room. The tub in our bathroom was dirty.

Breakfast was a bad joke. Coffee and packaged muffins.

No privacy, no sleep We spent $150 and got no sleep. Our stay started with front desk staff screwing up our keys and rooms three times - including sending us to rooms that were already occupied twice. It was horrifying to open the door and hear a frightened voice coming from the bed. :( Apparently this is not unusual, however, because housekeeping attempted to enter our room at 7AM without knocking. Not great The person checking me in was very friendly, helped me order some food in etc. Whats not great is that my room was not cleaned in the 4 days I was there, no fresh towels, toilet tissue etc. The hotel feels more like a hostel than a hotel with some of the people hanging around the hotel or even on the hallways.

Beds weren't made. Clean towels and wash cloths eerent brought to the room. A previous guests shoe was under the bed.

When we arrived they told us the king suite we reserved was t available and wanted to put us in a Queen. She also mentioned that the whole building only had one king suite. A lot of trashy people outside I’m happy we didn’t stay there. We canceled the reservation

We have stayed at this hotel previously. Seems like there may be new management as the standards are lower.
