The property is closely located near MetLife stadium with covered parking spots . However the room is well below reasonable standards. Not only was it dirty the appliances were beat up and degraded . I usually stay at hotels in the Hilton , Marriott , or Hyatt archetype. This is not even close . I was concerned about sleeping in the bed . When your drunk at 1 am that should never cross your mind lol . However this room gave me concern . the room smelled like a mixture of smoke and mildew . I would rather stay in a full port-a-potty Accepted my reservation, was notified an hour before check in that they overbooked the hotel and my room was no longer available. Called the hotel and they had me on hold for 15 minutes before i hung up. Then proceeded to charge my credit card the next day for $105. Battling with them to have the charge reversed. Awful experience.

It was awful, the hotel was over-booked and they put us in a smoking room, which was NOT OK, we ended up shower and checked out w/in an hour. We were on our way to a dinner and didn't have time to get another hotel. Would NOT recommend, even if we got a non-smoking room, you could smell stale smoke in the halls.

There was rarely anyone at the front desk. There were 3 other extended stays in the area which was a little confusing. Housekeeping was also rarely seen. There was a pile of used towels left by the elevator when we first checked in. Room overall was outdated, but functional.

Overbooked though available on platform There was no stay. The hotel was available on the platform but when I went there, they said they were overbooked. so I had find a new place to stay at midnight. This happened twice at this specific extended stay.

The staff was not friendly nor welcoming the room had no tv remote and rags towels were dirty

Unexperienced and no management The girl at the front desk was very unprofessional and no management on site. Would not let me pay for all four rooms until two guys arrived. All the rooms were under my name anyway and I should’ve been able to pay for them. She made me wait until 1 AM to pay for the rooms. Very unacceptable

Everything it dirty, the bathroom it dirty, when i went to bed i see the blanket was dirty with blood i went to the front desk nobody was there i tried to call from the room phone and it wasn't working ,when the lady came up to the front desk, i explaind to her what happened i showed her the blanket

There were No hot water in the shower only in the sink
