front desk service was rude....ac/heater rattled LOUDLY all night...did not get room I booked...

The location is ideal.The bed has stains on the sheet that I used a cork to scraped off,indicating that the sheet wasnt changed from the previous guest.I am a non smoker and they gave me a smoking room with burns all over the floor. Upon exiting the elevator the entire floor is drenced with cigarette smoke.PS.The don't seve breakfast, atleast not for free.this is good for last minute one night stay or you are in town and qant ro be close to NYC or the stadium.

Busy Bug Hotel at Extended Stay America Meadowland There was flying bugs in the room from the minute we got there My friend felt very itchy all night long There's suppose to be a coffe machine in the room that wasn't there either If you need a good night rest don't stay here You will wake up during the night feeling itchy from the bugs flying around in the room

Sloppiness in office? It was ok up until I was ready to check out about 11 am? But earlier around 9 am I was in shower when all of a sudden I went out to change I heard that my door was open and tried to open the door but I close the door with that lock? And they said if anybody is here? I was disappointed what if the door was unlocked it would’ve been uncomfortable ?

Shower was running very slow. In breakfast all you get is muffin, coffee and granola bars.

FLOP HOUSE First and foremost realize that unless you stay 7 or more days you receive NO HOUSEKEEPING unless you pay for it! A fact that was not made clear until I checked in. In looking at the Hotels.com website for this hotel you need to look at the very bottom of the page at the "fine print" to see this and it is still not clearly stated! Stay I was only able to get 2-3 local channels and most of the cable channels did not work and when it did work it kept cutting out. Not happy with that. Also the fridge never got cold it was not working correctly and I had to throw out some food since I didn't true it to be ok to eat. Also for a non smoking room I could smell cigarette smoke in the bathroom it must have been coming from the vent there since I did not smell it in the mail room.
