We called and arranged a late check in. Nobody was there to receive us or answering the courtesy phone. Only got in the building because a guest left and we caught the door. then once inside, despite holding a copy of the reservation in her hand, the receptionist couldnt find the reservation in the system. A last minute reservation that was a very poor decision. Not expedia's fault - entirely mishandled by the hotel. Once in , room was very comfortable but not the check in we were hoping for after 12 hours on the road.

This was the worst experience ever. Staff was super rude. I'd two rooms booked and fully paid on Expedia. But there was only one room available. This is so unprofessional and disgusting experience with Expedia and the hotel. I've been a long term user of Expedia and this was last expected

I have stayed at multiple extended stays in the area. This one by far is the most disgusting and will never stay again.

Dreckiges Heruntergekommendes Hotel. Die Küchenzeile bröckelt auseinander, die Schränke waren Sau dreckig, da wurde die letzten Jahren nicht sauber gemacht. Das ganze Zimmer war dreckig. Geschirr für die Küche müsste man sich selbst holen. Zimmerservice gab es nicht, die Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt, erst alle 7 Tage. Handtücher und Toilettenpapier müsste Mangan der Rezeption abholen. Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich und nie zu erreichen. Schimmel im Bad an der Decke. Air Conditioning was not working, staff was not friendly, no house keeping during our entire stay
