You get what you pay for here I guess. Upon arrival we noticed our sheets had blood stains. We notified the front desk and we were told that there was nobody around to replace the sheets. We took the top sheets off but no one ever came to replace them. There was a strong and overwhelming marihuana smell throughout the floor we were in.. horrible!

Horrible stay! It was dirty. Hallways had trash on the carpet, elevators smell, outdated Christmas signs in elevators. Breakfast horrible, muffins and granola bars, no juice or water, or tea only coffee which was in the lobby on a table, no place to eat it and packs of oatmeal! Total disappointment! This place was one of the dirtiest non-working despicable I lace I have ever seen. My AC wasn’t working, hallways and room was smelling like smoke and marijuana. The room itself was the filthiest place I have ever set foot in, NYC streets is probably cleaner. My shower was badly working working, I have to chase droplets of water. Staff was never in the front desk, had to wait for somebody to notice us from the back. So disappointed. Disgusting place. Not worth the money or time.

The hotel does not have any halls, the breakfast is very poor. The hotel is not safe. I won’t stay here again next time.

We decided to stay here for WrestleMania this year, we loved the fact that the hotel was only 3 miles from MetLife Stadium. The rooms were very dated, and the water pressure in the bathroom was non-existent. During our first night, I called the front desk to get extra sheet, blankets and pillows. Nice room, poor poor service. When we first got there no one was at the front des'. We had to wait 10 minutes to be checked in. We only had 3 pillows on the bed. I asked for an extra pillow and towels that we never received. Upon leaving in the morning, no one was at the desk, and we were not left with a pleasant experience. The physical room was nice, but the service was crap.
