Room was not clean and they do not do daily room cleaning.

Trouble checking in, didnt provide with non smoking room i ordered, had to cancel one night they did not ack owledge pro lem. All vwnding machines non working

It has potential but both beds sheets looked dingy, both had a cigarette burns on the brown covers, and both beds when you pull back the covers had a piece of hair in the bed. There were no coominf or eating supllies in the room. You had to take another trip downstairs to get what you need.

Room wasn't clean,trash cans weren't empty,towels awful

Our housekeeping staff takes pride in what they do daily and we also have processes in place to double check each room prior to occupancy by the next guest. When we checked in we notice fed the sink was leaking and my husband called the front desk to have someone come fix it. We were told there wasn’t any one available but they could switch our rooms. It would have been more of a hassle to switch rooms as we had already unpacked. We were only given 3 pillows and there were not any extra blankets in the room, as there usually is. We called the front desk and asked for another blanket and pillow, which we were told there weren’t any available. The next night my husband went to the... read more
