I was charged denied of the room not even my refund as well as a different room replacement horrible never again I recommend no one goes here I was robbed

No mgmt drug infested dirty and transient no amenities worth anything no room cleaning past once a week

Reservations we're cancelled without notice. Arrived for late check-in to find out reservations made through Expedia were cancelled. There were two others in the same line given the same information. The staff was way less than helpful. I proceeded to spend an hour on the phone with Expedia looking for a room at the last minute.

BEWARE, NOT RECOMMENDED Will not return... Breakins evident with hotel room door and rear entry door latches BOTH not lockable and not secure!! Easily changed the room... Hotel in sort of fairish condition, room was fair... PATHETIC breakfast with just coffee, oatmeal, muffins and granolas. Looks like a welfare hotel. Accommodations were poor. Poor TV and channels. DO NOT BOOK HERE! This hotel CANCELED my room THE DAY OF CHECK IN without ANY communication. My family and I drove three hours away from home, for a football game the next day. We were told the news, and had to call every hotel around the area to find an available room ( which took two hours and Extra money)..... the woman at the check in desk was rude, unacomidating, and disrespectful. If this how all staff was in the facility, and a representation of how operations there work, save yourself the headache.

This property from outside looks good but one you get inside is really outdated, the rooms are like 70s, all appliances are old. The breakfast are is just a caffe station with corn muffins.
