Great staff but hotel is dated Room smelled of smoke and wasn't really very clean (used washcloth in shower etc.)

Very noisy. Said there was complimentary breakfast. Never saw it.
I hated it. This was the worst hotel stay I could remember. When in the bathroom,you could hear the people outside your room. I could hear every time the person next to my room either flushed the toilet, took a shower or washed their hands. There was a dog in the room in front of mine, that every time someone was in the hallway would bark. When picking out the hotel I wanted one that offered a free breakfast, since I was on a business trip. They have granola bars, Apple, oranges,and coffee. Disappointed The room was not clean when we arrived. The kitchen did not have anything available for use either. The shower had used soap bars and trash along the top. There was only one small trash can for the entire room. The bed was not a queen size bed as advertised. My husband had to sleep on the sleeper sofa because the bed was so small. The air conditioner would not continuously run, so there were just bursts of cool air. You couldn't even just run the fan to keep air circulating and block out noise from the hallway. ... read more

Not a Pleasent Experience No air conditioning in the hallways. The south stairwell smelled like the inside of a dumpster.

Very disappointing experience We were staying at the hotel on our way to the Tough Mudder event in Palm, Bay. I was GREATLY disappointed as soon as I entered the hotel. It is obvious that they are doing some construction in the hotel and possibly my complaints are being addressed; however, the hotel was greatly misrepresented. Ugh. There is no way this hotel is a 2.5 star. I have slept in motels that smelled better and were 10 times cleaner. Loved the blood on my sheets and the coffee that was just brown water.

Hotel im nirgendwo Ich habe das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht. Leider war direkt der Abfluss verstopft. Das hat man beim betreten des Zimmers auch sehr deutlich gerochen. Die Empfangsdame hat dann eine halbe Stunde im Klo rumgepömpelt, bis das Problem behoben war. Soweit war mein Zimmer dann okay. Mein Mitreisender hat allerdings ein Nichtraucherzimmer bekommen, in dem offenbar vorher eine Zigarrenfabrik abgebrannt ist.
