The front desk was nice, but her appearance left much to be desired, unmet hair, visible tattoos. The elevator was noisy, people walking the hallways at an hour when you should be in your room. For left in the hallways, from outside vendors, the outside of the establishment smelt like cigarettes,. The inside of my room had an old efficiency stove, with old pots and pans, that any person shouldn't use.. I guess this is the definition of an extended stay. and I will know better not to book a room at tan extended stay

the worst hotel ever! the room was dirty, there was not room service to clean up the room daily not one change the bed sheets and towels . I had to ask for clean towels and soap to the front desk, this is the worst place i ever stayed in. Not good service and the price is high for what is offer. Also, the pool was dirty and I had not access to wiffi and i didn't have hot water on the first night

No queen size bed or ice. One glass, had to scrounge one up downstairs, because desk person was out smoking. Lame experience all around.

Terrible rude management. Old rooms that smell funny. Not remotely worth the price. Stay elsewhere!

Lots of bugs in the room. When I complained to front desk, I was told "Welcome to Florida. We have bugs here!" There are bugs in every state, not usually in the room though. That's why there are exterminators.

Staff was not at all friendly, bed was uncomfortable, breakfast???? no towels or wash clothes for kitchen area, no ice in freezer or anywhere on property. Not worth the money! Definitely not as advertised! No real WiFi!!!!
