The Extended Stay America is said to be a SMOKE FREE facility however our Non Smoking room smelt like burnt cigarettes upon entry. I was very displeased about this having a little one staying. They advertise free breakfast... that was a joke! They have muffins, oatmeal and coffee. And lets not begin to explain how many times I had to ask for coffee, there is no coffee in the lobby except for when they have the breakfast stuff out. Roach infested, smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke

Coffee and oatmeal packs were fine, other breakfast choices consisted of small prepackaged muffins and multigrain bars. Not much to choose from. Phone was under the bed and very dusty. Stovetop very greasy so smelled a bit when used to heat some water. Nearest door by room to go outside and pool area had so many cigarette butts. Garbage can by same door stunk. Learned hotel is used for people who don't have places to live so a little nervous about that.
