The property badly needs a complete update. The room furniture is terrible, lamp shades crooked, lighting is awful. Bathroom lighting too dark to shave or would be impossible for a lady to do makeup.

Nightmare in Melbourne Do not stat here. The room was old, dated and smelled. I was afraid to touch anything. The worst hotel room I’ve seen in 30 years of traveling in Florida. I walked to the front desk and told them there was no way I could stay at this property and they processed a refund.

There was no hot water during the evening, and very little water pressure. Also, watching TV was terrible - the shows are not in HD or even widescreen. It was like I was back in the 90's.

The room was really dirty. I could elaborate, but I don't think the property owners would really care. Maybe they should try living in that room for 24 hours.

It was close to the airport. But it had no hot tub, no pool, and there was so much traffic at rush hour it is almost impossible to make a left turn out of the property onto the main road. Also, the front desk clerk caused a fire and the whole building was full of smoke and smoke smell. The fire truck was called, but she told them that she doesn't know where the fire was or how it happened.

We checked in got to room bed was not made went back to check-I gave us upgrade very nice room smelled of stale tobacco said had no other rooms got stuck with it all night checked out at 6 am did get room comped

Jenny at the front desk was very courteous and has excellent customer service experience. The room had a musty, humid smell to it. The carpet was damp; I requested someone to come and spray some deodorant and clean the AC that was dirty. When I came back, they just left a bottle of fabreeze and the AC was still not clean. The next morning, I woke up with a sore throat from inhaling the humidity, musty smell.
