Not going back Wi-Fi was the worst I have experienced since dial-up. I won't be using Extended Stay America again. Days Inn has better Wi-Fi.

Convenient location This hotel is close to the airport as well as many restaurants and shopping. It is a typical two star facility - not the cleanest, unpleasant odors, animals barking. I stayed here because of the low price and only needing a few hours sleep between flights.

The fitness room was “out of order”.... elevator sounded like it needed serious repair. The bathroom had someone’s hair in the bath tub....smell when we walked in to the hotel was not good...

Room was less than clean. Air conditioning didn’t work and staff was not very friendly about it. Didn’t want to do anything about it at first but we instead that they do something. Overall stay was disappointing. We have stayed at other Extended Stays before and were really happy with them but not this one.

Not as advertised! No breakfast just snacks, no hot water for four days, bed very uncomfortable. Had kitchen but no pots or pans to cook with useless.

Didn't stay at hotel. When I arrived, no hot water Had to find another hotel because of the no hot water issue. Front desk staff said they wouldn't send a charge to Expedia and were nice about referring me to a nearby property.

No king size beds. Air conditioner too close to bed. Blows cold air on you. Toilet was not clean
Overrated... Staff is fine, friendly and professional. Hotel gets lots of abuse from guest though. Our room had an overpowering smell of curry, so much it permeated my suitcase. Room had fleas and roaches.. and the mattresses were so hard. :( it's unfortunate that this is the only hotel in the area with full kitchen setup.
