Very disappointing experience We were staying at the hotel on our way to the Tough Mudder event in Palm, Bay. I was GREATLY disappointed as soon as I entered the hotel. It is obvious that they are doing some construction in the hotel and possibly my complaints are being addressed; however, the hotel was greatly misrepresented. The room was musty, the floor was damp, TV was terrible, and when I had called to make this reservation I asked specifically if the room had a pull out sofa. Ugh. There is no way this hotel is a 2.5 star. I have slept in motels that smelled better and were 10 times cleaner. Loved the blood on my sheets and the coffee that was just brown water.

Hotel im nirgendwo Ich habe das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht. Leider war direkt der Abfluss verstopft. Das hat man beim betreten des Zimmers auch sehr deutlich gerochen. Die Empfangsdame hat dann eine halbe Stunde im Klo rumgepömpelt, bis das Problem behoben war. Soweit war mein Zimmer dann okay. Mein Mitreisender hat allerdings ein Nichtraucherzimmer bekommen, in dem offenbar vorher eine Zigarrenfabrik abgebrannt ist. Awful place to go for vacations My room stinks and the hotel in general smell awful. As you enter to the hotel you can smell smoking all over Poor condition and maintenance. I had to change the hotel due to allergies and I didn't get a credit.

Hotel and room are showing their age. I was a late arrival, receptionist was very good. The room was a little shabby, but the bed (a queen) was very comfortable - more so than my Sleep Number at home. Blanket had several cigarette burn holes. New widescreen flat TV, but the cable was analog and not much more than basic. Room temp adjustment was limited to +/- 1 or 2 degrees. Wi Fi worked OK. They fool you. They fool you in "free WiFi". It's free if you don't mind waiting 15 minutes for and email to pop up. If you want any type of normal speed for Internet, there is an additional fee. For anything. ...there is additional fees. I won't go back..

Getaway I had high hopes for this hotel. It had good reviews, full kitchens, and was close to where I needed to be. However, my overall stay was very lackluster. It was very clean, and the staff was more than willing to supply anything we needed to cook a good meal in our room. That's about the only perks. The air conditioning unit was terrible. Disgusting. While the customer service was very welcoming, the hallway smelled a lot like smoke and old must. The room was dirty. We had to have room service clean up the counters and give us new bed sheets. The headboard of the bed was torn. Red stains all over the carpet. Sticky gooey stuff on the dresser, the iron was rusted (could not iron clothes without it ruining the material) and the bathtub still had hair in it. SMOKERS HOTEL ONLY! If you smoke or have pets this might be the place for you - I you request a non-smoking room - this just means that they put a card on the table that says "no smoking" although the room has been smoke in for many, many years! Even the halls just reque of long term smoke! Lots of dogs barking in the rooms at night - would not do this experiment again!
