Very clean, excellent value Surprised by the overall excellent condition of the room and building. Very reasonable price - only caveat is that this is not a "full service" hotel. It is meant for extended stays, but was also great for an overnight.
great stay for the money the staff is really nice the place is nice and the hotel is in a great location
A Nightmare I will never stay at this hotel again! The rooms are ok due to renovations but, the staff sucks and the general manager can kiss my a---! I have never came across a person who works in customer service that is as rude as her. I have stayed at the Suburban Extended Stay hotel before and even though they need to be renovated the staff and managers treat their guest with RESPECT.

Medical Stay I Went there because the price was great and the room had a full kitchen. Eventhrou the bed was very comfortable, the best thing I like was that it always had a recliner. That recliner made my day because I was there because I was having surgery, and not being comfortable laying in the bed, I spend two night sleeping on the recliner that was very comfortable. Great room for the money The room was clean and comfortable, but the cost for pets per night is a bit high at half the cost of the room itself.

ESD Hotel - Melbourne, FL Adequate services, nice room, excellent value. When I did need maintenance services, it was handled same day. Rebooking and/or getting a receipt during check out is very clumsy.
