Clean and basic hotel rooms for an OK price. Always a friendly helpful staff .Clean rooms though very basic. Nice to have a full kitchen. Towels thin and scratchy. No hot breakfast here but the basics.. Coffee,bagels and muffins.

The hotel is nice and clean and close to everything. The only downside is the fact that they allow smoking in the hotel in certain rooms and on certain floors. The smoke however gets into everything and the whole hotel smells of cigarette smoke. It's not a strong overwhelming smell...but you can definitely tell its there. The mini kitchen is nice and has a full size fridge. The laundry is a little expensive but it was expected. Overall a good experience and would stay here again.

Love it!! I love this place!! We will be back too. It's near everything you want/need and not far to the beach. When we checked in the front desk staff were very welcoming even stating they have complimentary toiletries and to let them know if we need anything else at all like extra pillows or blankets. You don't get daily room clean up but you can exchange your towels if you like. The room was very spacious and the kitchen as well. Extended Stay in Melbourne, Fl. Everything was good except we were told we would get a continental breakfast and they told us they do not serve it on weekends.

extended stay delux melbourne FL It was OK. A bit run down but clean. The TV was terrible. Forget flat screen. We're talking about bad reception - something I haven't dealt with in a long time.
