The whole room smelled like pissed. Garbage was by our door when we first arrived then they leave a note on the room door starting I will be fine if I didn’t take it to the trash

I have been coming here once or twice a year for probably 8 years. There has been a continuous decline in quality, but this most recent visit takes the cake. I will not be returning. There are at least three ceiling leaks in the hallway on the second floor, one with a bucket and two without. The first room I got had the tub faucet running continuously. Never again Dirty and smelled like smoke. Checkin process was really slow and took a while to find a staff member to assist.

They had a leak in the hallway and bucket collecting water which was about to overflow!

Not a happy camper when I arrived I had to go down to the front desk to ask for a different room because the piping underneath the sink in the kitchen was leaking when I got to the new room the following day I discovered that the pipes underneath the sink or leaking just like the first one maintenance came up to fix the pipes I also was disappointed that extended stay offered pots and pans for the hotel room and every time I ask for them I got the runaround I end up calling corporate office to settle the matter

Complete Nightmare! I arrived at 2 a.m & was told there were no rooms available. There was a cockroach crawling in the lobby & a couple was at the front desk complaining to me about blood & roaches in there room! We both waited at the front desk for some assistance for about 15 minutes. The police also arrived while I was trying to resolve the issue with hotels.com because someone was smoking weed in there room. Didn't get a room or want 1 after all of this.
