The hallway smelled smoky. The Ladies at the desk were always friendly we a smile to serve😊 Thank you ladies .

Filth Filthy
The hotel was mostly clean. The kitchen cabinets were empty. I had to ask for a coffee maker, dishes, pots , pans, silverware, etc. I was only given a few of each. The microwave was terribly beat up. The TV Reception was poor. The wifi did not work in our room. The sofa bed did not open, and i could see that the mattress was just a bunch of coil springs with a piece of material around it. I doubt anyone could sleep on that. The pots and pans were horribly scratched and misused. We checked out after 1 night.

Horrible The service was horrible, The room that was across of me had a lot of teenage in one room playing loud music screaming yelling running up and down the hallway until 4am in the morning. The stay was Horrible.

Passing through Service was excellent! Beds were very, very hard. I only reserved this hotel because it was on the list from Marlowe's BBQ of hotels that Marlowe’s offers free limousine shuttle service. I found out after check in that Marlowe’s no longer picks up there... but still a nice hotel!!

The staff was EXCELLENT. However it was a non smoking facility but the hallway smelled of cigarettes. Also, being an Extended Stay with a kitchen there were no plates cups pots pans silverware coffee pot - NOTHING. We had to go to the front desk and thi the agent was sooooo nice we got a few things in a Tupperware bin to use as kitchen supplies. We received 2 coffee pots and neither one of them had all the parts so we had to take the pot from one and the filter from another and hold it up to the drip for it to brew. What a h... read more
