It was ok but when we arrived we didn't have any towels or toilet paper. We asked multiple times about the towels and they said they would call us when there ready and they never came.

Room was not spotless. There was a roach in the bathroom. There were no pots or pans for the room for cooking on the cooktop. Not enough towels and no assistance to get extra towels. Do not enforce the no smoking in rooms.
Couldn't put us in the room we booked. The room we did get stunk like mold. Smashed 2 roaches. Had to ask for a hairdryer. The hallways wreaked of mary jane. Find somewhere else. Trust me!

This place is basically used as apartments for people using it as low income permanent housing. It is extremely unclean and not in a safe area.

There wasn't anyone at the front desk, had to call on our phone to have someone come check us in. Had a kitchen with no dishes. Tried to get someone to bring them but gave up. A number of people hanging outside smoking cigarettes. Felt very unsafe.
Did not get a refund or credit although I didn’t make it to my stay due to flight delays
