Nice and quiet This was my first experience with an extend stay hotel so I wasn’t sure what to expect. There was no hair dryer in the room but when I called the front desk they brought one right away. There was no coffee pot in the room which was a little inconvenient but I survived. The poor air conditioner had a hard time keeping up as I kept it set on 64 for three days but the temperature outside was in the 90’s. I stay here pretty much every time I come to Memphis, everything was good but I paid more this time then I’ve eve paid. For the price I paid I could’ve actually gone to a holiday inn or something more upscale. Although it’s a great stay for me I think I’m gonna consider a hotel who is not pet friendly cause there were atleast two people I saw with dogs and I hate animal hair, and in such a place or any of them that are pet friendly they not cleaning like they should.

Waste of money Ive stayed at other extended stays and this is the worst one by far....no ice machine and lost money in the coke machine...the bar of soap was insufficient housekeeping left...the room hasnt been dusted at all....the bed wasnt properly made up either....

Everything was perfect. No complaints! Tv didn’t work at first , called front desk - representative came up and it was fixed in two minutes. PLUS , you can stream your phone to the tv 🙂🙂
