Things were older and bare minimum. There were no amenities other than minimal cable and basic WiFi. They do not clean your room until you check out. You have to bring your dirty items to the front desk and they will give you new things. The most disappointing part to me was that I was injured in my room due to the fault of their facilities. I reported it orally and in writing and was never acknowledged.

Yup Yup it’s real nice
Possibly just older and a little run down. Other tenants a little disruptive. Odors throughout the building and room. No single event occurred during my stay that could’ve been avoided or anything... just a lower quality than I expected for this area of town.

It was great, the beds are alittle hard but that’s just me. Overall, great.
IN A WORD: Comfortable. PROS: Well maintained and clean, friendly staff, plenty of easy parking even late at night. Elevators for those of us who avoid stairs. Nice kitchenette, nice shower. CONS: Hallway and elevators smelled like stale smoke, and had MJ and cigarette smoke seep into my room on a daily bases despite being non smoking. Bed could have used flipped/rotated, or better yet replaced, but was comfortable enough.
