Wash clothes were not provided. The main entrance didn’t work at night, even with my key card. Also, there were stains on my carpet and down the hallways.

Great Room Room was clean, asked for cups, never got them. Nice and quiet. Glad I was away from the kids on the floor. I will be staying again. The manager was great, got me the room (King) and had housekeeping to do so, because at the time it was not available. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Probably wouldn’t stay again The room was nice but there were dried rose pedals on the floor I'm guessing from previous night. The carpet looked as if it had not been vacuum. I wouldn't have dared to walk on the floor without shoes. Housekeeping was called several times but never came. The hotel smelled really bad like it had not been clean for days the water wasn't as clear but the pool was pretty nice and clean. The bathroom is not as nice as shown in picture.
