My room was nice and clean, great. No one was at the desk when I was leaving to checkout nor was there a drop off box for the key card. Check in service great, left side elevator was not working. Too many people standing outside the lobby door smoking cigarettes.
It’s was clean and the check-in process was quick

Nice Hotel Nice hotel in a nice area. Lots of shops and businesses in the area.
Great but I feel once you reserve a room it should be locked in regardless who gets there first….they should also offer late check in through the phone. I got off work late and once I got to the room I was told I almost didn’t get my room that I reserved a week in advance, it’s first come first serve. So they say!

Good price but room bathrooms are horrible. Honestly worst extended stay i ever visited.
