Okay hotel, but problems Overall the staff is nice and accommodating. There were several problems. First off whoever had our room before smoked heavily in a "Non-smoking" room. We were given another room. However, the air conditioning unit broke during the night and put off a burnt smell. We unplugged it and reported the problem. We were leaving the next morning so there wasn't any remedy, but told us they wouldn't rent the room until it is fixed. Also, bring earplug - trains are nearby.

Worst experience I have ever had in a hotel I will never stay at an Extended Stay again. I stayed at both the Poplar and Cordova location and they were both very dirty. The Poplar location had the rudest and most disrespectful hotel night clerk that I have ever experienced.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I will never stay in this brand hotel again. Nice girl at check in but very rude night staff. Dirty rooms. Very strong marijuana smell when getting off elevator on 3rd floor. I travel quite often and have never seen anything like it. When i complained to the girl behind the desk that night after finding what looked like blood spots on the floor and bloody fingerprints on the lamp, she told me I was disrespecting her in her hotel. I checked out the next morning.

Never Again one of the worst stays i have had in 12 years of working out of town. got to the hotel around 10:30 pm . after driving all day . pulled the covers back and there was dog hair all in the bed and on the pillows. wads of hair. after i changed the bedding , i walked over to the window and stepped in water that had been pouring from the ac . that explained the room being musty smelling. i switched rooms the next morning . the bed was uncomfortable in both rooms.carpets had undescribable stains. people had huge dogs in... read more

Not Impressed I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE! I was very disappointed.

This hotel needs new management The staff was nice, friendly and efficient, but the room was horrible. I didn't pay for a room that I had to clean before I could use it. I had to clean the countertops, desk in the bedroom and bathroom. The bathtub was dirty. The ice tray in the freezer had something either groeing on it or it needed to be washed out real good. There was a soiled lazyboy in the room. A stale odor and the air conditioner does not really pump out "high" strength air. I would have done better paying $20 more dow... read more

Will not go back there...Not Impressed... Instruct the maids how to clean a room.The desk clerk needs to be on time.
