Disappointing Staff was pretty OK. Room: smoke alarm hanging by wire, towels with yellow stains, sink plug not functional, smell of paint from 2nd floor construction powerful in our room, requests on our reservation overlooked and not accommodated...

Hotel Stay This hotel is ok for a 2 night stay or less. I wouldn't stay here longer than 2 nights. The location is in a good place with many eating places and Target just around the corner.

Nice Staff, But!!!! The staff was pleasant, but there was no one to check out wit at 6 am and room cleanliness was a serious issue. Would not go back.

Not a repeat. We were only staying one night and wanted to stay in Germantown to tun the trails in the morning and the price was under $100. The carpet was nasty. Mattress not so great. Barebone amenities. I thought it was odd that the kitchenette did not have any cooking items. I did feel the security was good. The location was was very nice.

Check-in problems Check in was at 3:00. We arrived at 3:10 and had to wait for a half hour for our room to br ready. Desk said power had been out due to storm, but had been restored at 11:00 am the day we checked in. Thought they likely were understaffed. Room was spacious. The sofa in the sitting area was uncomfortable and had a burn hole in a cushion. The iron was unusable because it was unclean and has something burned on the plate.

Perfectly adequate We stopped here on our road trip and it was everything you would except for the price. No thrills or perks, just a perfectly adequate place to rest before you get back to your adventure.

Nothing worked. Terrible hotel. Avoid it. Stove top didn't work, no hangers in the closet, dirty pans in the cupboard and nothing to clean them with, no coffee with the coffee maker. The staff, when told of all these problems, was completely unhelpful and just said no to every request.

NOT A 3RD TIME We had stayed here a few yrs ago and it was OK. This time we stayed 7 days in early Aug13. Smoking room had no exhaust to clean the smoke. explains why we found our windows not properly shut and locked on our 2nd morning. We were on the 1st floor and windows easily accessible from parking lot. We had no easy chair in our room as in most hotels. I asked several staff at frnt desk on a couple of different days. The hotel of the dungeon. When we arrived at the hotel I had to use the restroom, I was told I could use the lobby restroom but it was extremely dirty. I waited until I got to my room. The room smelled awful, not at all like the pictures displayed. It was very dirty and there was no breakfast, just stale apples. I would not recommend this hotel to any one. I was coming back through Memphis and me nor my two daughters wanted to stay there ever again. The staff was nice and helpful but hotel was GROSS!!
