ROBBED!!!!!!!! Upon arriving to the hotel, I told my husband that this will be the location we would stay from now on when attending the Southern Heritage Classic. It was until the morning we woke up. We checked in on 9/12/15 @ 2:30am, and woke up @ 10:00am the same day. This was something that I thought would have never happened in the area we stayed in, 6325 N. Quail Hollow Road, Germantown, Tn.. A waste of money hello I stayed here on a week day my check in was at 3 after entering the room the bathroom was to not clean i needed to be able to check out at 1:00 vs 11:00. Due to me traveling that evening and not returning to the next morning. I was told that was impossible due to them only having one house keeper. Better places for the money The bed was hard, the ac was noisy and didn't hold the desired temp well. One of the electrical outlets wasn't even screwed into the wall... Would not stay here again...

I will never book here AGAIN!!! The room was hot, the air conditioning wouldn't stay on, they never had clean towels, my head board had hand prints on it, wasn't clean and because I only stayed 2 nights I couldn't get room service!!!!

Memphis Madness I arrived before 3pm. Check in was at 3pm. This is the first Hotel that insisted I'd wait until 3pm to check in? If a room is ready, it should be given especially if it's paid for in advance. I finally got checked in before 3pm. The room had a smell, and the toilet didn't work? Called to the front-desk and was told to shake the handle? Didn't work of course, called back and they advised me that they didn't have a maintenance man on staff and that he'd have to come for another hotel? Asked how long would he be... read more

Okay for the Price The hotel is adequate, and for price and location it was a good choice for us. The room and hallway smelled funny, like a mix of gym socks and international food. The front desk people were not helpful.

So un clean From the moment the lobby door opened I began to stress- you could smell the uncleanliness and see the un mopped entrance and just smell --- I knew I had made a mistake and figured I couldn't get my money back- so we went out to buy spray cleaners and paper towels- depressing and stressful

Never Again It was so bad I checked out after 2 nights and found another hotel for the remaining 6 nights

Nasty!!! Mold in bathroom. Did not want to give us another room. On top of that couldn't cancel or get money back!! Was out $400.00
