Good location. This hotel was very dirty. I stayed for 4 days. Good location near Germantown. But, the hotel was dirty. This chain is very inconsistent. Sticky floors in/out of room. Carpet was filthy. How hard is it to periodically hire a carpet cleaner to clean these rooms? I've been trying this brand and Microtel. They are both pretty spotty.

Uncomfortable beds, but you get what you pay for I booked a 2 night stay in a non smoking queen room. When we entered our room it had a slight stench of cigarettes. So I guess this policy is not strict. I was surprised to see a full size fridge, 2 stove burners, a large sink and even appliances to cook with and plates and silverware. I guess it really is for people planning to stay awhile. The first night there, I noticed a small bug in the bathroom, it wasn't a cockroach which was good news, but still.. a bug. BIG TIME DUMP!! We booked this room due to the decent location, price & the photos shown appeared to be nice. The photos shown are NOT the rooms they have. The rooms where disgusting! Dirt walls dirty carpet, very old appliances, no toiletries in the bathroom & we had to go request clean towels (they don not bring to you). Aside from that it reeked of cigaret smoke upon walking up to check in. The third floor (we had two rooms) reeked of weed the entire time there. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!

The hotel is ok Location is good but far from downtown. Overall cleanliness is poor. Service is very courteous and price is great.

dirt dauber I would not stay at this hotel again.They require you to pay for room clean-up andfresh towels.Desk manager was very impersonal . One of .he most unkept places I have stayed in .The location and ground would indicate better accommodations.

Very disappointing Staff was rude and unprofessional. Rigerator was too nasty to use. Exits too far from parking.

what i get for trying to save a couple of dollars Wow..where to start. I'm just going to list what was wrong: had to wait on front desk attendant to finish her cigarette before getting helped (walked right by her while walking in because she was out front, lighting it up and on the phone), room key didn't work on first try and had to go back down to get it redone, cigarette burn on my sheets, bathroom smelled like smoke at night (someone was smoking for sure), woke up to banging and bed was uncomfortable. Not so happy, lots of phone calls When we arrived, our room wasn't clean, our trash had not been emptied from the previous guests, and we were missing towels and dishes. When asking for these things to be fixed, along with requests for an additional blanket (the beds did not have mattress pads or blankets between the sheet and coverlet) and a hair dryer, I had to ask again and call customer service for our needs to be met.

WARNING: DO NOT STAY THERE Omg its so nasty in there, it is a nightmare, that place need to be shut down. its dirty,smell,bloody sheet, don't forget the cigarette hole and bed bugs in your bed sheets as well., I cancel my room the same day...please do yourselves a favor don't stay there, or you will regret it.
