Very satisfied Very clean, staff very friendly. Beds very comfortable. Needed close to hospital in a safe neighborhood with reasonable prices. I was surprised about $100.00 refundable deposit but you do get it back. Full size frig, microwave and stove top. Dishes available on request.
Loved it was great!!!! Staff was amazing and they were very helpful. The room was nice, clean, and the bed was amazingly comfortable!!!
The hotel was great but you have to take out your own trash and they don't come change your bed linen which there is a charge for that and they don't have a complimentary breakfast
The staff was wonderful!! I have stayed in many hotels over the years; I will only stay at this one in Memphis!
Great for long stays / bring your own stuff! Generally a nice place. No "real" complaints. I wish there had been an extra blanket somewhere w/o having to ask for one. Since it had a kitchen, it would have been nice if there were a few paper towels, maybe a cup, a bowl, a plate, a fork a spoon. And since I didn't see an ice machine in the hallway or anywhere, it would have been nice to have one ice tray for the freezer. I'm guessing the name "Extended Stay" implies that you may be staying for weeks and you should bring all y... read more
