This is a no frills hotel. You get what you pay for. No room service (I do not need room service), no bell hops to avoid or tip. Not sure what the desk hours are - but I do not care. All I do is sleep, clean up, and work when I get there. There is a refrigerator - I buy a few snacks at the Kroger grocery store down the street - all I need. Seriously, I generally get back to the room between 10 P.M. and midnight, get some sleep, work at the table (if I need to), cleanup, and get back to work by 7:00 A.M. This is all I need. Mediocre facility in a nice neighborhood I am originally from Memphis, and this is an upscale office neighborhood. I have moved out of state and recently returned for a hospital visit for a family member. I had higher expectations for this facility based on the neighborhood, but it's not that great a room. All I did was sleep there, so I guess it served that purpose well enough, but I was just thinking it would be a little nicer. Whole place comes across kind of cheap, rather than inexpensive.
Good stay Staff worked very hard to accommodate our needs. Great job!
Nice hotel I was at the hotel with my two children. Our experience was okay. We were a little disappointed about the breakfast. Only offered granola bars, coffee, and hot chocolate. Some fruit would have been nice.
Room I was allocated smelt nicotine I needed to ask receptionist to change the room I was allocated because of nicotine small All building suppose to be smoke free But it wasn't
Beautiful hotel My room looked amazing , it was more than I expected.
it was quiet,bed was comfortable,little cooler but was able to sleep well.would ask for coffee maker the next time but overall we were quiet please with on-line check-in and the rates.will tell others about this hotel.
