Clean room and nice staff
I appreciate the affordable rate and the suite style layout instead of a basic studio. However, the check-in experience could use some improvement. I arrived around 9 PM and it took about 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Once there, the staff member struggled to process my third-party payment through Expedia and we had to make several calls before I could finally get my room key.
