BED BUGS ALERT There’s was bed bugs in the room. And the hotel acts if there’s nothing wrong. Despite my efforts to present the beg to the staff.

Hotel lady at front very very rude and disrespectful! Then she went and got another lady who charge me extra for checking in early which I was never told about. It was a unpleasant experience. Then as soon as I got to my room 5 mi utes later here come room service, waking me up. Will never star there again very bad experience. No one is friendly they just stare at you like you shouldn’t be there.

never again ! First room floor was unclean, got it changed. The second room toilet wasn’t clean and dust was on the dresser request a room yet again, The third room had trash in the bin. The only thing great about this was the stuff who was helpful.

Dirty Room Room has not been cleaned well. Pubic hair on the bathroom counter, toilet seat and bed. Countertops had rings from where glasses had been and we're sticky.

The place sucked and charged $10 per day to have cleaned and only changed and clean every 7th day. So don’t stay and don’t lie to people about it.

Rude stuff, booked queen bed room, got two twin beds room and told them thats not what I booked 2 weeks ago and been told i dont have other choice and said than I will cancel and all of a sudden they got queen bed

Stay away! Got here at 5 and had to wait until 9 at night to get a room because they were all dirty. We get to our room.Which smells like smoke and the air doesn't work. Called front desk and she was very rude and says all rooms are booked. Supposed to be here for 2 nights but were leaving tomorrow 9/4/18. Hallways, rooms.and elevators smell.dirty and like smoke. Plus the night staff is very rude.

Dirty room. The room has not been vacuumed. The furniture was Dusty. The cabinet microwave and refrigerator had dirt on them. There was not even a bar of soap in this room. I will not stay here again.
