The Good, The Bad & the Smoke This was our 1st time staying at a Extended Stay America Suites, we stayed one night and over all we enjoyed our stay. Things we didn't like, you have to ask for a coffee machine if you want one, apparently we on a trash floor so we were asked to take our trash to the designated trash room (I've never seen this before), the smell of pot inside and outside of the building and lastly the pillows were very cheap and small. This was a clean and comfortable stay, but the breakfast left much to be desired as it only consisted of oatmeal and prepackaged muffins. I wasn't going to give my son coffee, so that left us with not options from the meager offerings.

Customer service rules The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Very helpful and gave great directions and feedback. I did not like the cart that was there to use, very hard to maneuver. I did not like the doors to the hotel were not automatic..it was hard to get the cart through the doors without a lot of effort. I did not like the temperature of the water, it was lukewarm. I did not like the water pressure. I wish there was coffee all day long and not certain hours. The ads say that there is a fully equipped kitch... read more
The room was nice and comfortable, having a full size refrigerator and a stove top helped
