Would like an improved breakfast layout and selection but exceptional stay and services
I only stayed for one night, but everything was great! I was traveling to Chicago, but didn’t want to stay directly in the city. The only “issue” (if you even want to call it an issue) that they say there’s a complimentary breakfast, but it is just a cart with nutrigrain bars, muffins, and coffee. I was fine with that because I’m typically a late riser with my second shift work schedule (I’m use to going out and getting breakfast/lunch anyways). The room was clean! I loved the staff! You are over booking this hotel I stay there when I'm in town teaching motorcycle classes. I booked my room about 8or 9 days in advance and when I was on the way there they called and said i had booked a double room but they didn't have one so they asked if I was ok with a single and a roll away bed. I was fine with that but then we got there 45 minutes later and they were having issues because they was over booked. They hot us a room but we had to go eat and do some other things to pass time.
