Customer service rules The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Very helpful and gave great directions and feedback. I did not like the cart that was there to use, very hard to maneuver. I did not like the doors to the hotel were not automatic..it was hard to get the cart through the doors without a lot of effort. I did not like the temperature of the water, it was lukewarm. The room was nice and comfortable, having a full size refrigerator and a stove top helped

Property performed and delivered as expected.
Good stay, no problems
We had a good stay. The price was in line with the quality of the hotel. The hotel was quiet even on a Saturday night, which was a guge plus for us. The room was clean.
