The staff was great and helpful. There is a laundry facility that was inexpensive. The environment was very neat and clean. No apparent elicit drug use if there was any at all.

The front desk staff was so nice and accommodating, but the 1st room we went into, the furniture and walls were run down. Something gross was splashed on the wall and the bathroom was dirty, there was hair all over the sink. They swapped us no problem, and the next room was a little better but it’s obvious they aren’t super strict with the cleaning.

Trainee needs more training My stay was very good in the day time, however at night it changed. There was one lady who was beautiful i believe her named started with a t. She was skinny with red hair and black glasses. Her customer service was perfect. There was a black big guy who was cool but was upset because his trainee was rude and i told him about it. 1 night It was ok for just a quick 1 night stay. The room was large and there was a mini kitchen but the beds were hard and they didn’t have an ice machine anywhere in the hotel.

It's clean but elevator wasn't working & had been down for over 2 weeks. Which means ppl have to carry heavy bags & things upstairs. Luckily the clerk switched my room to the ground floor.
