Bad experience Restroom air vent didn't work. I called front desk in the morning to get it Service during the day , came back in the evening and still didn't work.

pessimo Eu nao consegui me hospedar , me trataram muito mal , perdemos um voo no aeroporto , fechei o hotel no fim da noite recebi confirmação chegamos la por volta de 00:30 e me avisaram que nao poderiam atender pois estavam sem quartos, mesmo mostrando a confirmação tive que pagar um uber para voltar para o Aeroporto . nada

Bad nada ‘por las condiciones del primer cuarto me cambiaron a otro y aquel el aire ni funcionaba si pudiera poner las fotos de lo que tenía el cuarto solo digo q deberían ponerse las pilas mas el mantenimiento me cambiaron de cuarto por toda la basura q dejaron el aire acondicionado le saqué los filtros muchi con demasiado de polvo sólo me gustaría subir fotos para demostrar cómo encontré ese cuarto

Poor No towels, no toilet paper, key card didn't work. Staff was helpful

Not recommended for 2 days in a row when me and my friend went to take the breakfast at 8:30 (you can take the breakfast until 9:30) all the food was over. they didnt care that my booking was with breakfast incluided. so i have to go to other places in the city to eat and spent more money. the staff dindt provide any solution or even care to solve this situation. they just tell me "sorry the food is over next time come earlier".
