One of the worst — if not the worst — hotel stays of my life. Just about everything but the price. I guess you get what you pay for and this place was dirt cheap. One of the worst hotels stays of my life. When I arrived there was a lady going nuts on the staff at front desk. Kids were looking on. I had to step in and deescalate with police on the way. AWFUL Good afternoon, My flight from Colombia to Miami was delayed. We were waiting for 3 hours to get off the plane due to the weather. Then my connecting flight from Miami to NY was canceled. I booked a hotel for the night around 10:30 pm. After finally out of the plane and a two hours at customer service, I got to the hotel at 1:30 a.m. and the person, who was not at the front but was able to locate him after 10 phone calls, said there were no rooms and that Booking.com do this all the time. Poor
Property needs to do better cleaning the rooms and maintenance. The floor wasn’t cleaned. My burner didn’t work. The water in the tub drained very slowly so when showering it’s in a puddle. The toilet at times was slow to flush. The next door was loud they want to stand outside 2am talking loud and slamming doors. The staff was nice & the location.

Disappointing The entrance to the rooms is rather untidy, I believe it needs a scrub or power washing I love the location in terms of the close proximity to the airport
