Don’t stay here. Everything from the neglectful staff to the filth, the bugs, no hot water, the lack of towels - only given one set for one person for a double room, despite the constant calling the front desk to request another set. I went and bought towels at Walmart. Didn’t see cleaning service until she was trying to get us to check out of our room an hour early. Arguing that it was 10am not 11am. Located near the convention center.

It was subpar. No phone to use, no tissues in room, was told they were on backorder & gave me a roll of toilet paper. No every other day cleaning was done whatsoever. Had to take my used towels to office and exchange them for clean ones. Vending machine to purchase water was not operating properly. Wanted to buy 2 bottles of water ran my card and got nothing. There was no "breakfast" just muffins, granola bars & coffee. Thats's not my definition of a breakfast. Location was okay but the price was the important thing.

Decepcionante Limpieza de Áreas y habitación. Prometen un desayuno y sólo da es un snack. El check in es muy lento. La habitación no estaba del todo limpia. Conseguimos la cesta de basura con basura de otro huésped. Mucha gente extraña merodeando por las Áreas del hotel. En fin muy mala la experiencia. Ubicación
