Never again It took 3 room assignments before we got a room that was unoccupied or cleaned. Desk person handled badly. Room itself was awkwardly designed. Air conditioner right by the bed blowing directly over us. Had to ask for things that should have already been in the room. Room itself was not very clean. Bags of trash left in hallways overnight. We checked out after one night and moved to another hotel.

Terrible value We needed a place with a kitchenette, but arrived late in evening to find if you want anything in the kitchen such as glasses, coffee maker, pans, utensils, you have to go down to front office! Front office is poorly staffed and often no one there. Our unit came supplied with only one plastic cup in bathroom to brush your teeth. Curry Entire hotel reeks of curry. Very nasty distracting odor. Made it difficult to rest. Staff seemed resigned to "it is what it is " attitude, we're sorry, can't help.

Never cleaned my room Room was dirty, bed was broken, staff was rude, I got a rash from sleeping in the bed. Heat didn't work.
The room had a terrible smell and ants in the bathroom.
Good customer service, but poor quality rooms Ive stayed at quite a few extended stays but this particular location had me on edge. Yes the customer service was great but my room had a few extra visitors on the walls and my shower head was leaking therefore could barely shower but other than that the stay was ok.
