I stay there for 10 days and I had no service whatsoever nobody came in and made my bed or change the sheets and they were supposed to at least once and didn't do it at all.

Great for short stay Room was clean, everyone working was super friendly, the only thing was the issue with the water. I could never get hot water to come out of the bathroom sink, but since we didn't check in until nearly 2 am and were leaving that same day it wasn't a big deal. The shower would shift between hot and lukewarm, so I just took a quick shower and my partner opted to take one at home after our stay. Comfy retreat during a family crisis! I was very pleased with my experience here at Extended Stay America! The room had a nice kitchen, comfy bed, attractive decor, and a very nice staff! They were quick to respond to any request. I would definitely stay here again and recommend It to others!

Wonderful hotel! The price is wonderfully affordable, the staff are extremely kind, there's a full sized fridge in the room, a microwave, a stove, and if you need any cooking utensils, all you have to do is ask! Overall, I was very pleased with my stay! If I'm ever in the area again and need a place to stay, this will probably be where I go.
