Pleasantly surprised! My biggest concern was that a dog peed on my door and urine was under my door. I cleaned it up, no big deal but pet owners must be held accountable for their dogs action.

It’s ok We forgot a library book in the window sill. Called about two hours later and they supposedly hadn’t found it. Hadn’t even had time to clean the room as the clerk admitted. So I doubt they checked. Oh well.

Why can't they just put a coffeepot in every room like most other hotels. Having to ask for one at the front desk with no cream and sugar packets is a joke. Being a late riser the front desk person was nice enough to open the storage room so I could add creamer to my cup. It's a large room with a kitchen and a dozen miles from Milwaukee. The Metro Market nearby has an amazing selection of hot food, alcohol, and whatever basics you need.
