I stayed here a week for work. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and courteous. Check in was smooth checking out was a waste of time. Asked at check in if I would be able to get a printed receipt at the end of my stay and was told yes. Went to the desk when I was leaving and had to use the phone to call for service. Showed up 10 minutes later just to be told I couldn’t get a receipt because I didn’t book the stay through them. Why couldn’t I have been told that when I asked at check in? Fire alarm- door stuck Asked for rooms next to each other- 1 was way down around a corner, had problems with our door lock - ( had fire alarm go off in hotel and couldn’t get door open, housekeeping knew about the door) Didn’t have any dishes or utensils - come to find out our room didn’t have a card saying you could get them at front desk- to late already had bought some! Clean and up to date rooms though
