I came to town to take care of my daughter who was undergoing Breast Cancer surgery. After an all day surgery I came back the hotel around Midnight and was refused entry into my room. The Manager Emily told me my room had a cigarette butt in the trash and I had to pay $250 to regain entry into my room. I DONT SMOKE. So I'm so confused. She pulls up a picture of a cigarette butt in a trash can, I can't confirm if it's even my room. I ask what reason they had to come into my room with out my permission or knowledge. The rooms and hallway were very smoky.

The Worst This place was just really gross overall and had zero follow up with issues I brought up. When water started pouring through the ceiling of the bathroom I was told maintenance was coming right away and I would get a new room once other guests had checked out for the day. Maintenance arrived hours later when I was not there, I had no idea if they had come or done anything, called the front desk to hear they would reach out to maintenance and get back to me.
