Pubes on sheets Absolutely horrible. The front desk staff was the most unprofessional group I’ve ever met. Cabinets falling off the wall in the front desk area. Room smelled like fried fish. And then, before unpacking my wife pulled back the bedding to find visible pubic hairs on the sheets. Needless to say, we left immediately and asked for our money back.

Checked in a 2:50 PM, went to the room we were given, opened the door and is was still occupied, no in the room but bed unmade and belongings still in the room. Returned to the front desk and desk person apologized, assigned up to another room that was a upgrade. The room had a stranger odor and the kitchen are was not well kept. Electric burner was disassembles on the stove top and stainless steel part under was a mess. Will not return to this location on future visits to the area.

Front desk person was wearing dirty stained clothes. Room has garbage on floor and batbroom was not clean.

Not the greatest We had to change our rooms 2 times. The first room we received - the shower was clogging up with water.. so we decided to request a new room. The second room - the shower did not work at all. The 3rd and final room - it was still just decent. We did not know that at Extended Stay, you have to be staying for at least a week for them to give room cleaning services. I rated services high because they were willing to work with us to get us another room - but it could also be because they were not booked up that... read more

Horrible experience I did. It stay in this hotel... front desk rep was ok but not impressed at all. I walked into the room with my daughter and immediately walked right back out after smelling bug spray and seeing an unmade bed. The room hadn’t even been cleaned!!! I requested a refund and was told I would see it back on my card in 3-5 business days. I will be calling if it’s not refunded by Friday 11/16/18.

Sand in bed, loud refrigerator and minimal breakfast. Not as represented.

our room had a strong stench of indian food and the tv didn't work. front desk clerk said the maintenance person had left for the night (6pm)..
