The fire alarm went off during the early morning. Once we woke up and realized what was going on we went down to the lobby. No announcements were made to evacuate the building. No phone calls to our rooms. No alert other than the alarms. Once we were down in the lobby along with staff and the FD no one had any clue what was going on. The room was dirty the bathroom tub was stained carpet stained and I was supposed to have a queen bed and they gave me a full size bed

I had 3 rooms reserved. When I checked in 1 room was never cleaned. The room had old Chinese food out and old lunch meat. The room had a horrible smell and looked like someone was living in the room for a few days.

The room smelled of stale cigarettes and we found a pack of lighters under one of the beds. Also the whole hotel smelled of burt food.

Price was convenient. The entire hotel smelled like wet dog. Had to immediately open windows in the room the stench was so bad. Carpets down every hall were dirty with crumbs everywhere. Lamp shades in the room were broken and stained. Overall, felt disgusting to be sleeping there.

Place was clean, staff was rude. My sister lost a head phone in the elevator and we notified the front desk. Lady was rude. Just gave us the managers phone number.

The room was veey dirty. Tv stand and table was dusty and sticky. The bathroom counter was also dusty. Not only that the carpet had garbage on and looked like it hasn't been vacuumed. This room would had been very nice if it was cleaned properly. Good size fridge and nice that it had stoves.
