The hallways smelled like cigarettes. Our room was dirty - toothpaste in the sink, hair on the walls of the bathroom, blood on the wall of the bathroom, all of the drains were slow. The room was obviously not cleaned. I was unable to switch rooms because my infant was already asleep. The hotel offered half-off our stay for the condition of the room.

The common areas were dirty. My room was filthy, so they moved me to another room that was still dirty. There were no hangers in my closet and I was told that the hotel didn't have any. The beds were poorly made. No ice trays. TV was blurry and too small for the size of the room. The laundry room was in horrible condition as far as trash on the floor, stains in the washers and tables. Won’t stay there ever again No keys were working so we never got keys. There were 2 different rooms where people were loudly fighting and when I made complaint to hotels.com the front desk clerk was rude about the concerns we had. Not only that but she had he child and boyfriend visiting which was a bit unprofessional

The room was clean but I got but by something on both of my arms. They should check room 329 for bedbugs

The property seem to be in poor repair. Wi-Fi and TV service minimal. It was worth a slightly higher cost to choose another hotel in the area on other visits.
