Room was dirty and reeked like smoke. Was supposed to be a smoke free room. Dirty room and smelly doesn't lead to a good experience.

Well, Hotels.com overbooked their rooms and they had no room available for me and family. After management figure it out we ended up getting two rooms and the one they gave was dirty and had not been cleaned. Luckily we went out and came back we got a different room. The place does not look clean. Service was great though they tried very hard to accommodate us!

Was close to my venue. I made a last minute trip to Milwaukee and just googled hotels 8n area where I was going to be. Chose only because of reasonable cost.

Low end and old Pretty low end hotel. Old and a bit dirty. On second day we realized our room door didn’t latch unless it was slammed very hard. So we left an unlocked room thexfordt day. Lucky nothing was taken.
