There was nothing that I liked about this property. I do not even know where to begin. Upon checking in, we went up to our room only to find there were people already in that room. We went back down to the front desk and told the girl what we had found. She apologized and went into her computer to assign another room to us. We (my husband, myself , our daughter and her three small children) got back on the elevator, went to the second room only to find the lights on and a dirty room. The room wasn't very clean. The refrigerator was dirty and the bathroom definitely needed additional cleaning.

This hotel was so nasty, from the people staying there to the cleanliness of the outside and inside of the hotel. It was filthy, trashed! Also the very evident (by the smell) drug use was overwhelming. it smelled as if a skunk was literally running up and down the hallways and in elevator! Oh and getting frightened by not one dog but 3 dogs inside the hotel! Pit bull, rotweiller, and german shepard. All of them on the thrid floor where we were. Got checked in 2 hours past time due to no clean rooms. Went up to our room and it was still disgusting after “being clean”. Latex gloves, tissues, dirt all over the ground. Same soap in the shower from the people before. Zero towels & shampoo. Very disappointed and would not recommend. I also would have expected money docked off my bill from the staff members knowing this.

No signs to try and find it behind the Holiday Inn. Drove around 20 minutes. No cleaning services during my stay. No cups, soap or even an alarm clock in the room?

Stay away! First things first, walk in and smell nothing but cigarettes. Then the Room claimed to come with dishes to use kitchen, got to room and there wasn’t even a paper or plastic cup. Front desk said it doesn’t come with it. Room was dirty, the bed looked like it was made by a toddler and the room smelt of cigarettes. Highly disappointed and I will never go back.
