It was nice outside but the inside was a mess. The inside was dirty, had bugs in the room, hair all over in the bathroom, and our sheets had stains on them hadn't been changed. We should receive a free stay. Thank you

The comforter had a blood stain... And the room wasn't particularly cleanly. I've stayed at other Extended Stay America hotels before and they were much cleanlier and in better shape.

Front desk reception service was extremely slow and not Unprofessional. Sometimes, it was hard to get hold of anybody there.

Front desk clerk had to be called for. Dirty facilties all around. Broken bathroom door handle. Missing lamp bulb. Dripping kitchen faucet. Nothing available in kitchen had to go to front desk to ask for. Beds werent matching one somewhat comfortable the other sleeping on springs. One of the two electric burners disassembled and not working. Blanket on beds dirty. Complimentary breakfast a joke included granola bars and frozen packaged muffins. Not recommended!!
