I was checked into a room with a bedsheets that hadn’t been changed. And the bathroom had hairs in the tab. It was disgusting. I spoke with the manager, Jackie and she said my money was going to be refunded. I need that to happen. Thank you, Margaret

THE BEDDING NEEDS CHANGING....STAINS ON THE BEDSPREAD. FRONT DESK CLERK ....WAS FRIENDLY BUT SHE ..DIDN'T HEAR ME COME IN....WHILE SITTING IN THE BACK ROOM.

Location was fine for our quick overnight in the city. Room was dirty. Leftover socks from previous guests. When we turned down the bed, the sheet was SO stained all over & took 2 calls to the front desk to get someone to bring clean sheets. We didn't even take a shower there because we didn't feel comfortable with the cleanliness. "Free breakfast" is just coffee, instant oatmeal, pre-packaged mini muffin and granola bar. Won't stay there again.

Well the property is very dirty from the time you walked in the door the time you got to your room which is even worse you would think they would make your personal space cleaner anyway I went in the room the bedding was gross we are afraid to set her things down we looked around and even found more dirt So we decided to leave. And this is a great inconvenience as we are from out of town! I could not find another hotel and had to drive all the way the way home.

Unprofessional Could not check in even a minute before 3:00 or they wanted to charge us a fee. Then we couldn’t check in until late and couldn’t find anyone around. When I did she was very rude and threw the paper and pen around. Then we ordered a queen room and got a double. The toilet was plugged when we got there and again couldn’t find anyone to fix the problem. Very unprofessional place

Hole in window screen, leaky faucet, toilet made weird noise, one pillow looked like it had mold spores on it, cords for all the electronics were out on the counters. I liked the size of the room and the price.
