The room was clean, the maids were very rude. Front desk was not helpful.

Rude desk clerk Young lady during the check in process was just rude

Staff was friendly. Room was nice size with full kitchen. The bathroom floor could've been cleaner. Our door lock malfunctioned twice and we had to have staff let us in and make new keys. The Continental breakfast was a joke with a long line to get coffee in the morning. It would be nice to have coffee available all day or longer in the morning. The housekeeping staff was vacuuming the hallways at 7:45 in the morning - too early!
