I don't like how they don't have any tubs in the rooms.I'm on the fourth floor and all of a sudden the security cameras gone.the room that I'm in the floor is dirty cuz I can walk on it for a moment and my feet are dirty.

Aweful service Check in was rough. Lobby closed. Told us didnt have a room with our reservation. Finally found us a room. Dogs barking in hallway half the night. Trying to check out, lobby closed. Ridiculous!!!! Called the number through lobby phone and no answer. Been waiting 45 minutes for lobby to open so we can leave. Will not stay at this location again.

This is not a hotel!! We had to wait to check in because there was only one employee on site. He was trying to help other people. We had to call on a wall phone in the entry then be transferrred and put on hold. It took a few trys but we got through. We were at the property just about 905 pm and got to our room at 945. Then our room was a bit dirty with fecal blowout all over the toilet. Travelocity infor put us in a queen with a tub/ no kitchenette and we had a double with a shower and a kitchenette.
